Teabelly's Origin
We started from a simple question: Why is there no place on Guam to purchase REAL, high quality loose leaf tea? The answer is what many industries on Guam struggle with - our market is small, hard to reach, and neglected. But we know for a FACT that the people of Guam deserve great tea. We see it in our beloved restaurants, our hotels, our cafes. There is no shortage for the love of tea on Guam.
Tea has been a global institution for centuries, and yet Guam has been withheld from the highest quality teas. The greatest that anyone can get locally are teabags of commodity dust from the supermarket. So for over a year, we've thought about how we can provide the highest quality single-origin teas to YOU without going bankrupt, and we thought of our first step to realize this dream: wholesale. Teabelly's first goal is to provide wholesale iced tea solutions to food and beverage businesses. By scaling our brand this way, we will build trust with local businesses and gain insight on local tastes so that we can continue to share the beverage that connects us.
Established in 2026, we are proud to be Guam's FIRST whole leaf tea company, and we will continuously improve to provide more teas and tea products for the island and abroad.
Tenets of Teabelly
We will NEVER sell broken leaf tea from the factory. We will only source whole leaf tea by traveling to the origin of tea itself, China, and by meticulously sampling and testing different offerings until we've decided which teas meet our standards for curation. IF WE WON'T DRINK IT, WE WON'T SELL IT.
We will always be ACCESSIBLE. Whether it's price point or style of brewing, Teabelly will provide products at the base of the market, even if it isn't the ideal product. We will always have selected teabag options available, because we know convenience is important too! As for price, we don't want to exclude anyone from enjoying something great, so we will always aim to keep our products as affordable as possible via lean operations.
We will NEVER LIE about our products. We will never make any health claims that "this tea cures depression" or something of that nature. At its core, tea is a beverage to be savored and shared. We won't talk about monkeys who pick tea from mystical mountains.
Why do we need to have this?
Well, there's a lot of deception in the tea industry, from debated health claims to false advertising, and we want to avoid that by showing you the rules that this company has self-imposed onto itself. As long as we abide by these tenets, we hope that we will keep our souls happy, as well as our customers.

We provide Guam businesses and tea lovers with a curated journey to whole leaf tea. Our mission has three pillars: to supply superior teas for commercial partners; to grow a curated retail collection - from affordable to coveted; and to offer teaware that unlocks the full flavor of our teas.
Our vision
Our vision is to weave the art and community of Chinese tea culture into the fabric of Guam. We see a connection between these two vastly different cultures - to slow down, and enjoy moments slowly. Through exceptional teas, curated teaware, and education, we are dedicated to introducing the the community to the traditional practice of Gong Fu brewing and nurturing a new local tradition that gives back to our island and beyond.
