We will NEVER sell broken leaf tea from the factory.
We will only source whole leaf tea by traveling to the origin of teas themselves, and by meticulously sampling and testing different offerings until we’ve decided which teas meet our standards of curation. If we won’t drink it, we won’t sell it.
We will always be ACCESSIBLE.
Whether it’s price point or style of brewing, Teabelly will provide products at the base of the market. We will always have selected teabag options available, because we know convenience is important too! As for price, we don’t want to exclude anyone from enjoying something great, so we will always aim to keep our products as affordable as possible via lean operations.
We will NEVER LIE about our products.
We will never make any exaggerated health claims that “this tea cures depression” or something of that nature. At its core, tea is a beverage to be savored and shared. We won’t talk about monkeys who pick tea from mystical mountains.
